Basic Legal Documents
Lunch & Learn
6 December 2019 | 12pm – 1pm
Are you a bit stressed about what legal documents you need to have for your new business? This week’s Lunch & Learn will give you a better understanding of what you need, and how to access them without breaking the bank.
Legal documents are a necessary part of every business. Are your’s helpful and easy to understand, or complicated and confusing?
Starting a new business can be super exciting, and potential super stressful. You want to do what is right for your customer, and yourself.
Finding a cost effective solution is also important…but the free generic legal documents you can find online just don’t say what you want your business and brand to stand for…
This week, we have Rachel Edwards from Enterprise Legal joining us to give an overview of what types of documents most new businesses need to have, and what you need to be aware of when choosing which ones to use.
The Enterprise Legal team has worked with hundreds of startup businesses and appreciate the importance of reducing startup costs. Let’s face it – no-one wants to spend time and money on legal documents, especially when you are a startup business!
This was the motivation behind the creation of ELBizDocs – our online platform that makes quality, customised legal documents accessible for startup and small businesses. Each ELBizDocs client will still receive local contact from, and customised documents prepared by, our local Toowoomba lawyers. This time-saving, simple and affordable tool can help startup and small businesses to ‘cross their T’s and dot their I’s’ from the outset and save them from any potential headaches in the future!
What are some examples of types of ‘legal documents’?
