A $100 Cleaning Fee will be applicable for bookings that do not clean up fully after themselves. This includes, but is not limited to: placing used crockery, cutlery & glassware in the dishwasher, debris removed from the floor and rubbish bins being emptied into the wheelie bins (located outside the back door).

If your booking is outside of our regular opening hours of Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm, please contact us via email@example.com to make arrangements for access to the building.
You and your guests will be required to sign in on arrival via our facial recognition system, ‘Arrivals’ located on the tablet mounted at the front reception desk. Hand sanitiser is provided beside the tablet.
