Hubspot CRM is a free tool to help you manage your customer’s experience. This week’s Lunch & Learn is a ‘how to’ session to help you get started as efficiently as possible.
Customer relationship management is a key part of every business, no matter how big or small.
When you meet people who you consider to be a prospective customer, how do you manage their details? Are you keeping a spreadsheet, writing them in a notebook, or perhaps relying on your memory?
There are a myriad of online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to help you record, track and take action to turn these prospects into customers…so how do you pick one and get started?
Price is not always the best reason to choose a tool, however when you are getting started and working out how to use a CRM, what features you need and what it can do for your business…a free option is a good place to start.
Hubspot CRM is a free tool that integrates with many other platforms and offers additional features to support your Marketing, Sales and Service tasks as well. The free features are quite robust and will get you well on your way to understanding the value of a CRM in your business…you can then make a decision whether you need to upgrade to paid features at a later stage, as your business grows and your systems and processes advance.

How to prepare for this session?
To make the most of the session, please bring:
Your laptop & charger (if you do not have one, you can borrow one of ours)
Your email password
Your Hubspot login and password (click here to create an account before you come if you do not have one already)
Your existing customer database (spreadsheet or notebook) with names, emails, phone details etc.
Your lunch (if you forget, you can pick up something from Flour & Bean Cafe or August Moon Chinese Restaurant, located next door)
The more advocates you have, the fewer ads you have to buy.
