Benefits of Podcasting
Lunch & Learn
10 January 2020 | 12pm – 1pm
It is the golden age of audio right now and podcasts can be a fantastic asset to your business, but you don’t have to start your own podcast to enjoy the benefits.
Your customers are time poor, and many just do not have the time or inclination to sit and read a whole lot of information on the web
…and that is if they even make it to your website. This makes helping them get to know you, your brand and your products and services challenging to say the least.
We know that ‘word of mouth’ works. Telling your story verbally can help make it easier for potential customers to get to know you exist, learn about what you do and why you are great at it, and start to gain some comfort that you are trustworthy. But, who has time to go and talk to every potential customer one-on-one?!?! The concept means you are limited by time and geography…not a very scalable marketing strategy…
You may have heard about podcasts…you may even listen to a few yourself. But have you stopped to consider how you could use this platform for your business.
If you have, and you are thinking “yes, but I don’t have the time or skills to start my own podcast” then this week’s Lunch & Learn session is for you.
It is not all about starting your own podcast…it is about learning how you can use podcasts to benefit your business.
Come along to find out 3 ways your business can benefit from podcasting in 2020
Ellen from Perk Digital will:
* run through the best podcasts to listen to as a business owner
* the ways you can benefit from starting your own podcast, and
* how you can leverage being a guest on someone else’s podcast to tell your story and promote your business

A list of podcasts that you may enjoy listening to as a business owner
A step-by-step plan to pitch yourself and leverage your time as a podcast guest

Please note, lunch is NOT provided.
Interested, but unable to attend in person? You are welcome to book in and request a link to join the session LIVE on ZOOM.
