They provide their clients with a suite of professional services including new food innovation & product development, allergen management and food labelling services that proactively help you protect and grow your brand and business.
Stewart is a purpose-driven leader who has accumulated extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of developing and industrialising new products throughout his 20+ years.
His professional history includes roles with Unilever / Weis, the South Australian Research & Development Institute, Nestle, and Food Spectrum.
Stewart is well regarded and networked within the food industry and holds the knowledge of a diverse range of technologies across the value-added fruit ingredients and dairy sectors of the food industry.
To date Stewart is a Fellow and an active member of the AIFST, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director on the inaugural board and branch chair of both the Queensland and South Australian branches.
